Fee Schedule

Psycho educational session with Recipient Couple. A fee of $400.00 is due at the time of evaluation.

Psychiatric Evaluation and Psychological testing of Donor and Spouse A fee of 400.00 is due when you select the donor. This fee covers her psychological screening. If she is married her spouse will be included in the entire process.

Administrative Fee to Cleveland Conception Connection, Inc. is $6,000.00. This fee covers costs such as advertising, insurance, legal fees, postage, telephone charges. This fee is due when you have signed the contract and the donor has been cleared psychiatrically.

Donor Fee The intended parents will compensate the donor for her time, inconvenience, and commitment, with a fee of $5000.00. This will be paid at the time the contract is signed and will be put into escrow. The money will be given to the donor after she has completed the retrieval.

Travel Expense Intended parents will pay a travel allowance fee of $100.00 for those donors traveling from outside the Cleveland-Akron area.

These fees do not include any fees paid to the Infertility Specialist for Invitro Fertilization, all medications for recipient and donor, all procedures, genetic and lab testing performed by the fertility Clinic. In addition, it does not cover any legal fees or donor insurance which must be purchased through the fertility clinic.
